Yu Fish reinforces food safety commitment through DNV recertification
Singapore, 3 September 2026 – Yu Fish Pte Ltd has been recertified by DNV to ISO 22000, the international standard for food safety management systems. The recertification covers the distribution and storage of seafood and processing, continuing a certification relationship with DNV that dates back to 2016.

A long-term commitment to food safety
ISO 22000 sets out requirements for a food safety management system, providing organizations across the food chain with a framework to identify, prevent and control food safety hazards. The standard combines established food safety principles, including HACCP, prerequisite programmes, system management and communication, within a structured management system.
For Yu Fish, adopting ISO 22000 was an early step towards establishing a more formal and independently assessed approach to food safety management.
