DNV will confirm the final course details one (1) week before the commencement of the course. For all 5-day courses, the course confirmation details will be sent two (2) weeks before the course dates.
Payment must be made prior to the training dates and upon receiving the final training confirmation details.
Once the course is confirmed, cancellation is no longer allowed. If the registered participant is unable to attend, substitution is allowed.
In case of TAX exempt claims, kindly submit a copy of the TAX exemption certificate upon request by DNV.
All payments via telegraphic transfer should ensure that bank transfer charges will be paid on top of the training fees.
