  • DNV will confirm the final course details one (1) week before the commencement of the course. For all 5-day courses, the course confirmation details will be sent two (2) weeks before the course dates.
  • Payment must be made prior to the training dates and upon receiving the final training confirmation details.
  • Once the course is confirmed, cancellation is no longer allowed. If the registered participant is unable to attend, substitution is allowed.
  • In case of TAX exempt claims, kindly submit a copy of the TAX exemption certificate upon request by DNV.
  • All payments via telegraphic transfer should ensure that bank transfer charges will be paid on top of the training fees.
