Veracity: Customer Insights and Vessel Schedule tools

Plan ahead to avoid disruptions to your operations. Insights and Vessel Schedule are two tabs you can find in Fleet Status on DNV’s digital platform, Veracity to better manage your DNV-classed vessels. Watch the video find out how to access these functionalities in Veracity.

Insights tab within Fleet Status

Insights is a new tab introduced to Fleet Status in March 2020, it shows compliance performance of your vessels compared with relevant DNV benchmarks for Class findings and Conditions, as well as Port State Detentions and Deficiencies. This tab will be continuously updated with new features to help owners and managers keep track of their fleet’s performance against relevant benchmarks. Customers setup with Barrier Reporting or Machinery Maintenance Connect (MMC) will also be able to find relevant information in this tab.

Vessel Schedule: Overview of all surveys and audits across your fleet

In the 'Vessel Schedule' tab nested in the Vessel Services' main tab, you will, at a glance, be able to access an overview of all surveys and audits across 'My fleet' or 'My company fleet', without going into individual vessels. This functionality enables you to plan ahead, avoid disruptions to your fleet operations and have full visibility of your upcoming surveys and audits.

You have the possibility to filter the view by:

• Survey or audit

• Category (class or statutory)

• Type (intermediate, annual, renewal, conditions, non-conformities and retroactive requirements)

• Vessel (my fleet, company fleet or a specific vessel)

• Graphical interval (one or five years planning view as a Gantt chart)

• Only soon overdue (<30 days)

Your company's account on Veracity is set up with a company administrator in cooperation with DNV.
