What access do I have as a company administrator?

• Quick overview and the ability to track the account status of all users within your company

• Authorize external stakeholders limited access to specific vessels, projects, and services

• Ability to create and allocate new user account – new user, new admin, or new vessel user

• Full control over users' accounts – delete inactive or duplicate accounts, edit user details by changing their email address, and set a fixed password

• Set notification alerts on behalf of vessel users by accessing their settings to receive alerts for soon overdue vessels and items

How does one get the company administrator rights?

Your company is set up with a company administrator in cooperation with DNV. This administrator can assign relevant colleagues in your company to be a company administrator. If you need help to identify your company’s administrator, contact your local DNV office for more information.
