In consultation with Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), DNV is offering a SGUnited mid-career programme on Shipping Operations & Management aimed at developing the maritime workforce and deepen local capabilities.

This programme covers both technical knowledge and soft skills required for safe and efficient shipping operations and will adequately prepare trainees for the diversified roles of Operations as well as HSSEQ/Crewing in a digital future.

Beyond the training programme, DNV will provide trainees with job placement facilitation services by matching them with potential employers in the maritime industry e.g. facilitation of online/face-to-face job interviews for trainees. We are inviting you to sign up as a registered company to get exclusive access to these talents.

What are the competitive advantages of being a registered company?

As a potential employer, you will have the opportunity to gain access to a pool of trained and skilled SGUP-CT trainees for placement once the hiring opportunity arises. Registered companies will be able to evaluate trainees before offering the job placements.
